We are thrilled to be able to offer our own maple sugar candy! One challenge of being a first-generation farm is that we are starting from scratch and it has taken some time to be able to invest in the equipment to make high quality candy at scale, but we were able to purchase what we needed this year thanks to your continued support!

Maple sugar candy is made by continuing to boil pure maple syrup to remove even more water from the solution until a specific temperature is reached. The hot and thick syrup is stirred to control the crystallization of the sugars and allow us to fill the candy molds with one of nature’s finest treats! Nothing is added in the process of making maple sugar candy so it is every bit as pure as all of our other maple products!

Our pure maple sugar candy is packaged in resealable bags for your convenience. Candies are sold by weight and within a bag you may receive a mixture of candy shapes and sizes.

Refrigerate candies in their sealed bag for longest shelf life.
