2021 Maple Weekend
Late winter and early spring mark the production of the first agricultural product to be harvested annually in the state, pure maple syrup. Sap from maple trees is collected and turned into delicious syrup and other natural and delicious maple products.
Come see how we make our small-batch maple syrup and celebrate all things maple for our first ever Maple Weekend! We’ll have the wood-fired evaporator boiling sap into syrup, teach you about the process of making maple syrup, and of course have plenty of syrup for sampling! Along with our syrup, we’ll have maple cotton candy, our famous maple syrup brown sugar cookies, and perhaps other CT Grown goodies available for purchase!
Maple Weekend runs from March 20th to the 21st at sugarhouses across CT so if you can’t make it to see us, try to visit one of the other small sugar makers in your area!
