March 19th and 20th are Maple Weekend in the state of Connecticut! Sugarhouses across the state will be opening their doors to welcome anyone that is looking for the best local maple syrup and maple products you can get!

We will be offering maple syrup boiling demonstrations, personal tours of our maple sap collection system, as well as having lots of pure maple syrup and maple products, including maple sugar candy, maple cotton candy, granulated maple sugar, and maple syrup cookies, available for purchase!

Just like last year’s very popular open house, this is going to be a completely outdoor event so this is perfect for everyone without worry about being in tight quarters with a crowd. Be sure to dress appropriately!
